The primary focus of the Communications Program is to expand CHN
communications by publishing Haida Laas newsletters and journals
on a regular basis.

The Haida Laas is the official publication of the Haida Nation. The primary
function of the Haida Laas Newsletter is to establish a communication link
with Haida Citizens and to educate and inform Haida Citizens about CHN
activities and events which affect the Nation.

The Haida Laas Journal is a periodical that disseminates information that
is issue-oriented and a of reflection Haida life. The Journal also provides
information to people outside the nation about its goals and objectives
