The CHN appoints representatives to liaise with health, education, culture, language, and tourism programs of other organizations. These people also provide CHN political leverage as needed.

The representatives are:
Education - Pansy Collison; Alternate, Ron Williams

Health and Social - Ron Williams

Haida Child and Family Services Board - Ron Williams, Alternate, Robert Davis

Haida Education Council - Ron Williams

Culture/Language - Captain Gold, Alternates Vince Collison and Lois Helmer-Rullin
