LETTER FROM VICTORIA, BC, CANADA On a visit to Haida Gwaii last year, I saw with my own eyes Weyerhauser's excessive shipments of raw logs permitted by your government. Its current deal with Brascan only adds another layer to the high-grading. I ask that BC respect and enforce its commitment to the sustainable use of forest resources.
