 Executive Assistant, Communications & Culture

DESCRIPTION

The EA is the main point of contact to the Department. Responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing all office administrative duties in support of the team. You will work with management and the team to develop systems to track, organize and monitor department functions and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least five years office or admin experience, with proficiency in Office 365
  • Excellent experience in customer service
  • Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, coordination and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to change with creativity
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
  • Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
  • Formal office training an asset or an equivalent combination of education and training
  • Class 5 driver’s license
  • Must be willing to travel and attend public events as required
