EMPOLYMENT OPPORTUNITY – Office Manager
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Office Manager is a highly organized and versatile member of our team and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our offices and organization in alignment with established policies and procedures.
As the first point of contact for the community this role is responsible for creating a welcoming and warm environment while engaging in various administrative tasks in the areas of finance, human resources, communications, IT and office organization.
Pursuant to s. 41 of the BC Human Rights Code, preference may be given to qualified applicants of Indigenous ancestry.
Hours: Full time (35 hours/week)
Qualifications: Minimum of grade 12 education with at least 2 years certification/diploma or post secondary education in a related field such as child and youth care, or office administration or minimum 2 years’ experience working in office administration or a similar role
Location: Gaw Tlagée Old Massett
Wage: $40/hour
