SCOPE OF WORK
The intent is to create a building‑free, garbage free, gravel‑added, functional worksite surrounding the old building and access road. CHN is looking for an environmentally responsibly demolition and disposal of all nonreusable materials. CHN is requesting that all proposals reflect this approach.

The main structure is a wood framed, cedar shingle sided, basic 2 storey structure, likely built about 40 years ago. The roof is also constructed from cedar shingles.

‍ ‍

The work requested includes but is not limited to:

  • Removal and proper disposal of all appliances, wire, pipe, windows, creosote piles from building and immediate area

  • Separate any reuseable materials

  • Removal of septic box and contents, including all pipes and plastic garbage

  • Grade house site and surrounding area – site should be prepared for a new building

  • Add 6 truck loads of gravel to stabilize the site, driveway and access areas

  • Machine assisted burn pile onsite: wood building materials, stumps, branches (with burn permit)

  • Remove and properly dispose of drywall, insulation, garbage and non combustibles

The successful contractor will demonstrate safety awareness, efficiency, professionalism, and the ability to complete the work in a timely manner.
